help Vonets wifi bridge

Hi all
i have one of these blue vonets wifi bridges. have connected to pc and succesfully programmed it with my router network key,
have plugged it into my DM800HD using ethernet and RJ45.
the devise is lit up blue when i goto network and goto network test , start test,
LAN Adaptor tick
Local network tick
DHCP enabled

but
IP address
Nameseever are both unconfirmed.

what am i doing wrong here?

have you tried restarting router mate then try again!

edit... rebooted router.. no difference

try switching dhcp off in your box and enter ip address and nameserver manually!

what would i put for netmask and gateway there all set to 0.0.0.0

Netmask would be 255.255.255.0
Gateway would be your routers ip

Is the Vonets configuration definitley correct ? Wifi SSD, security type WEP/WPA/WPA2, encryption key etc ?

all i did with mine was set it up on the laptop, pluged it into the dreambox and the dreambox thinks is hard wired should work without changing any settings, mine just doesn't like the virgin superhub works fine on normal router.

ive just plugged it into pc again just done same process again and put it back in the DM800 and it worked straight away... grrrrr 2hours least works now..

much better than the dongle that just freezes after 5 mins
