CD & DVD Help Needed Please

sometimes when i burn a downloaded a avi format film, the picture is crystal ,

but the sound is not in syncronisation with the actors mouths coming out seconds after theyve spoken,

downloaded american x fer buck in avi,

picture perfect ,

but sound as i say is not in sync,

burnt at 8x speed on vcd with nero ,

any help would be gratefull,

dont wanna disapoint him as hes been asking fer this for ages,


otherwise ill get slagged off something rotten,
