(HELP) how to enable cccam protocol in oscam

Here is the oscam binary from that link above,just unzip it

So first, stop oscam using the remote,then ftp in and rename the one in there to oscam.old,just in case the new one is worse ,

Then ftp the new oscam binary in and then right click on it and chmod/change properties to 755,

Then restart the cam and hope fully you will be good to go,if it doesn't work when you restart it first try rebooting the box

when you say "then ftp in and rename the one in there to oscam.old", not entirely sure where the oscam file is mate im abit lost, which folder is it in once iv ftp'd in, i messed it up last night was on till about 5am trying to sort it lol, so ill start a fresh tonight reinstalling image from scratch, will probably be the same time the night, but im determined to get there this time as i sort of had it working last night.

right, iv done a fresh install, even had the box to bits and cleaned it all out incase the readers were dirty, but no its still not having it, reader just keeps saying 0/1 when card is in and still wont show any entitlements, heres the startup log if anyone can see anything wrong.

i also installed the latest oscam mate but its still doing the same, are my card readers dodgy or is there something wrong possibly in configs, as i did get it going last night for abit and if left it was fine, but soon as i restart cam it doesnt recognise reader anymore.

Not sure what version of oscam you are on now but the build r0 in the screenshot dont look right to me!
If you can get into the webif, have a look under the 'files' tab at the top and make sure the version you have supports ND$.

Looks like both the card and the reader are supported...

Not sure if it makes any difference, but ive always done 'chmod 766' on the file after ftp. Not 755???

i literally have no clue why its not working, yet last night i had exactly the same setup and used exactly the same configs yet it worked for abit, so i reset oscam and it just wouldnt read the card, then it came back on, and now i cant get it to read card at all, could it possibly be the image im using, anyone know of any other images with at least a basic oscam installed so i can upgrade from that.

well its a possibility i guess as something doesnt seem to be working right, i also tried the 2nd card slot and that wouldnt have anything either, same thing happening.

box is about a year and a half old mate but never had a card in it until i decided to try this, lol!

They cant both be knackered.

Reading back through your posts it does seem to read the card.. and set the frequency at 500mhz..
So it cant be the reader...?
As you suggest mate. Try another image and see what you get?
Should be plenty in downloads..

Or.... before you do flash another image. Drop down a version of oscam. Try 9545??
