I've plugged away & managed to set up my box, i.p. is correct, port is correct, the details I've been given for password & username have been entered correctly but when I turn on to that connection it says "login failed" "Connection is broken"? help please I know I'm almost there but now it's starting to frustrate me to say the least. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
