Hardware GPU tape, any electronic engineers out there?

What tape has this chap used to insulate the cards resistors from the heatsink.
Guy on forum says it came which his cooler, but does not know what it is.

I can't tell what he used but there are a few trade names of heat resistant dielectric tape come to mind, Melinex, Isolierband and Kapton.

Depending on how wide you need it something like this would do:

051-0003 - MULTICOMP - HIGH TEMPERATURE TAPE, 12MM | Farnell UK

dont think its a good idea to have it sitting on a carpet.was going to say kapston but its a clear colour.
