Got out his Old white PSP 3.10 OE-A

The son found his charger and got out his old white PSP (chinese)
not been used for some time.

The Fw he has on it is 3.10 OE-A
does he now need to update this, to play new games is there better Fw out
also, I just read he can use a 8gig memory so I guess he needs new fw for this.

Can it be flashed as before does he need to get a pandora thingi bob
