GarminXT on nokia n95 with internal GPS

there a new crack out that means you dont have to muc around with keygens the maps even work with mapsource search for GUnlocker.rar

I can confirm GUunlocker (got from newsgroups) does work, I used to to unlock my mapsource Europe NT 2008. However you still need to the keygen to unlock the app so it runs on mobile (SW.UNL).

The Program should recognize the built-in GPS (if not in the app go to settings\system\remote GPS and choose "connected gps") and you should be able to use detailed maps.

Incidently I used ver 1.5 of Keygen

I had the GPS prob for days, eventually solved by complete uninstall, delete all files etc - reinstall, use 1.5KG,
make sure only Integrated GPS is checked, also go in the app settings - make sure in "about", you can see "Unlock ESN:" if you see "Device ID:" it means the app has not been unlocked for your device. The app must be unlocked, or it will never find the internal GPS.

Just to clarify as some people seem to be having unlocking maps.

When you, erm, buy a mapset you need to install the MapSource software that comes with the map set. THEN run GUnlocker and it will unlock the maps ON YOUR PC which you can then upload to your 'phone ready to be used.

Thank you very much. That worked perfectly. Looks like quite a good program, definately fine as a backup to Tomtom. I will give it a go on the way to work tomorrow. I'm not convinced the built in GPS is going to be much good in the car though. I've turned assisted GPS off as I dont want any data charges at the end of the month.

i have assisted gps,integrated gps and network based,do i turn og f the network and assisted and just leave the integrated gps on
