GarminXT on nokia n95 with internal GPS

ive got garmin to work and recognise my gps - only one thing when using internal gps is it costing me by connecting via wap etc - should it not be free to connect gps.?

Detailed maps

Seem to have it working, but the road details are rather poor for Glasgow and surrounding areas.
current map: City Navigator Europe NT v9 (Dublin, Ireland. Plymouth, England. Southampton, E)
Is there a detailed map for Britain?

HI can anyone help - trying to install on N95

I have downloaded and installed all the files from Zip. - and installed then copied over to mem card..

however I cant get the maps activated

I have made a note of card ID from about page.

then entered in the keygen with map ID of 197 - genereated keys

then copied key into both two files SW.UNL and GMAPSUPP.UNL to your card \Garmin directory

now recognises the internal GPS says enter code - I then enter same code from keygen.

but says cant activate Map.

i found it worked after i reinstalled the lot on my mem card its a pain but it works

i have installed and unlocked the thing on my n95. but it doesnt recognise the internal gps. though i can see the detail maps and every thing...help please...

it worked eventually..i got a gps lock in the gps manue and the garmin detected it as well....
i have installed the speed cams as well but how does it work, i mean i cant see a meune for speed cams and i want to add more maps how do i go around doing that..

have a look at post 16 m8, think you need the POI loader to upload onto the phone.

sorry dumb question, ok i've used that program to uplaod the speed cameras, is it safe to connect to the server for weather etc ?

I have got the speed camara updates by connecting via garmin online without any problems and the weather.

Guys I'm having the same problem.

I've followed the instructions and installed the app on the phone. But everytime I run Garmin it gives me a message saying 'No GPS devices found. Try again?'.

In the keygen txt instruction file it mentions that:

10. Program should now recognize your built-in GPS (if not use GpsGate set to generic NMEA GPS receiver)

What am I doing wrong and where do I find GPS gate?

Also have a look under settings > general > Positioning > Positioning methods and make sure that integrated gps is selected only.

Still have the same problem. Integrated gps is selected only and in garmin - settings - system it shows

remote gps. when i click there i get a two options:

1. Use bluetooth gps
2. Use attacthed gps

there is a disabled sign at the top. Try to enable it but i still get the same error message.

gps data picks up satelites. So i'm really getting confused with this. I tried reinstalling the program but I keep getting the same message.
