Gaming PC (Monitor)

Morning all,

Could anyone recommend a budget (reasonably priced) monitor that will play the latest games? It's for my mate again, to go along with the PC. His lad has got a tv, but I'm guessing it won't quite be up to the job regarding refresh rates etc?

I play on a 65" LED (60mhz) and dont really suffer with screen tear and my games play above 60 FPS.
If there is any noticable tearing i just enable vsync.

Noticable in slow motion but you dont notice it when playing.
I vsync forza horizon 3, so it plays at 60fps and the game play is still smooth.
