Hi Guys,

Tried surching but couldnt pinpoint what i needed answering, but this should be quick!!

I would like to send a box up to my brother in london.

To set netid on the box, do i have to have the box plugged into that area before i put the card in, or can i do it here?

I know its just a case of sending him another card, but if i can do it here, it would be easier?

Is he in a pure area, if so the box will set itself.

No, you leave the cable disconnected while in the EM and then insert the funcard and let the stb reboot.

as said above leave cable out then when box reboots remove power

so when put in other area and he boots the box it will go through the update
