Online registration via Petplan - James WellBeloved only.
Requires use of a printer (to print voucher), internet access, use of a valid email address and registration with James Wellbeloved (you will be prompted to create a new profile if you do not have one).
Registrations limited to a maximum of 8750.
Vouchers are not available by post.
Vouchers valid until 31/01/2014.
Photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
One voucher per person for redemption.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other James Wellbeloved offer.
Open to residents of UK only.
Open to persons aged 18 or over only.
