Any Ideas why mine should stutter? using Homeplugs for network do you think that might interfere?

Ping test is fine, only problem is with ping test it is only on internal network, really need to ping from outside so as to test broadband

Ping test is not internal mate,its ping from your network to a server on the WWW and back again, testing packet loss and jitter

Yes you are right but you can also ping internally which I did first,
Then I tried outside ping test both were good
Taking home tonight hard wire to bypass home plugs see if that help
