Forum section suggestion

Would you consider adding a forum section for handheld devices like UMPC and smartphones?
Also, I didn’t find a section for forum newbies to ask questions about the forum.

We have Android and Apple support sections

Smart Homes

I guess that cover Smartphones and Tablets.

We also have windows section where the UMPC devices would fit.
