Sorry guy's,<br />I know this topic is about football, but who had to mention the bloody world cup!Just as well for us in the west of Scotland,(coz Scotland are Sh**e, & managerless) that Ireland are through for us Celts, and that 'engerland' are there to be put out at the first round for all the Gers!<br />owenzy.<br />p.s.<br />I won't mention the score in tonight's 'mickie mouse' cup!<br />bugger it, a double is as good as a treble! in my book!!!!

Owenzy, if England hadnt made it to the World cup we would all be rooting for the home nations (Ireland Scotland etc if the Scots had got in there) Why do you Scots hate England so much? We would all want your country to do well if the roles were reversed.

hi Cosmoss m8,<br />I don't believe that we in piss poor football land (ie Scotland) 'hate the English football team' it's the unadulterated bias of ALL yes ALL of the football commentators on the t.v. & radio even the ones that used to play for Scotland - it's all 'us and we' with them!!! as if they are England's most capped players!<br />The England team as a whole are (in my view) one of the top 5 teams in the world at the moment, buy Christ I'm i dreading all the references to...' 1966,sir Alf, is coming home,etc ' that the media will spill out 24/7 in the build up to the games.<br />hey, we tried it in 1977, with ally's tartan army and got humped, so i think we have learned our lesson in bumming up our team.<br />owenzy.<br />p.s <br />don't all bomb me with p.m.'s if u win the bleedin' thing!!!
