FloppyDTV Dead?

Hi

As mentioned in previous posts I got a floppydtc c/ci off ebay, tested it on an old PC and had it working with all channels. Left it for 3 weeks till new PC was built used same O/S (XP pro), installed card no problem, but, couldn't pick up any channels, then I noticed that the green led would change red when I started a channel scan and stayed red. Then I updated the firmware, rebooted and the card can't be found, I've tried different power leads, checked the pins the power cable connects to, all look fine. Is there a way to reset the card to factory setting (noticed 3 upright pins) or is it just dead?

jammy mate thats gutting i just bought 1 was going to buy 1 of flea bay but decided not and bought 1 from kustom pc in scotland and i got to say they were great and the floppy is the dogs nuts had a sshd2 first and that was a total load of sh*t
