im just waiting for the serial cable to come through ill try that before I send it, if I have to replace it what would you recommend as a replacement stb il be going for a twin tuner

VU+ Solo 2 with twin DVBS/S2 tuner.

If that is a bit rich for you VU+ Duo Clone.

The solo 2 is the bargain out of the two, and with that extra tuner slot in the duo2 not having a DVBT2 tuner option. Im not sure which way to go.
