Ev1000sl help needed

I am having problems trying to input the keys on a EV1000SL. I put the correct keys in and nothing . The only thing I can think on is the provider 5401 Is this correct for Cumbernauld area ?. any help would be great as my m8 is lost without the footy .

5401 is for NTL
5A01 is telewest

dont know which one you have.

if ur ex c/w it will be 5c/01 but they r rolling the keys twice a day now :Smileysex
