i need help i cant stop my eurovox max pixelating on certain channels ive tried a new splitter and coax but still no better ive even tried neighbours box and it does it with that its got latest firmware please help its making me crazy ...

You have a weak signal coming in and I'd say that the splitter is not helping either (you loose a few dB in a splitter).
Proof is the way the neighbours box is acting up the same in your place, but this also tends to point to the problem being in your own premises.
Have you tried bringing the box to the first point of entry with nothing else connected - is it OK there?
