retune freeview help needed

not sure if in right place , does any one know how to retune freeview channels on jvc lt-40ca890 4k set , have looked in settings and also in advanced settings , cant find any option for instalation , retund , scan etc , has got freevies play also if that makes a difference i dont know , i have accepted terms and conditions for fplay settings , but when i click on that it still tells me terms and conditions , thanks in advance for any help

that just basically is the way to factory reset mate , loses all passwords , saved apps etc , cheers for looking

that a diff model menu system , suprising what diff an a can make in the model number

update : using your idea shaun127 i went to currys and found the manual a bit further on from the one you found , looked through it , eventually found the page and noe retuning freeview channels .
