Error while running TIT2 script

when I run script file fot TIT2 it displays 'Time out from 2A command'. I am using infinity usb, winexplorer 5.42 with VCP com 2. have reset ATR and erased card.
what am I doing wrong?

did you write to card before you did this

yes. I wrote to card than did this. Win 5.4 did not work. But Win 5.0 worked. I think it was win which wasn't working properly. Its sorted now.
