Peripherals EPSON SX510W problems with ink cartridges

Hello, I'm new here, so I try to resolve my little problem asking to the forum:
I use on my printer (all in one) compatible cartridges, without problems since now. The printer says that the color cartridges are empty, but if I sheke those I hear that they are full.. or at last half full.
How can I reset by software the chip ? I bought a resetter, but I have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, so I try to find something quickly.

Just change them,compatibles are very cheap,at least that's what I do on the sw515w printer

My kodak printer won't even accept compatible ink gotta buy original...just says insert ink when adding new ink cartridges
