So the people who are rich enough to be able to afford to even contemplate being able to replace a cheap and efficient gas boiler with an expensive heat pump, that will most likely need an additional heating source for most existing properties, will get a grant paid for by the tax payer but the average worker and pensioner will end up paying ever increasing gas and electricity costs, with no help at all from the tax payer funded government coffers.

I will be transferred to the Flexible Avro tariff as advertised.
