Just got new laptop with windows 8.1, dunno if I like it much lol

Im about to install email client but thought Id ask what people use now days

Ive always used Incredimail but thought I might try something else

any suggestions?

I really missed Outlook Express, so since moving on from XP (RIP) I've just used Gmail's webmail page. Works for me and, as you'd expect from Google the search facility is excellent. the 15GB storage comes in pretty handy too (You wouldn't need to change your email address as it can import from other accounts).
On another note, if you really can't get on with 8.1 (and you ARE a mouse fan) you can install 'Start Screen', gives you back your old Win7-style desktop. 10/10 from another mouse fan!

Or install classic shell then you can choose how you want it to look.

Personally : webmails (hotmail.com / gmail.com)
Professionally : Outlook (with Outlook CalDav Synchronizer for non Exchange / Office 365 accounts)

I'd really like to have another option but Outlook is above the pack for many little things that make it easier to use every day. Thunderbird (with add-ons) is very good... but not good enough for me.
