Just had this box delivered, installed Kodi but when I try & add movies or tv shows using addons to my setup I am unable to access Android/Data folder, anyone know of a work around please?

Daughter is using mine as her firestick blew.

If you dont figure it out ill get it back when her chromecast arrives and try replicate your issue.

You could probably access it using file manager though or solid explorer. Youll find that on the app store.

Have you Enable Developer options on your android box ?

On your device, find the Build number option.
Tap the Build Number option seven times until you see the message You are now a developer! ...
Return to the previous screen to find Developer options at the bottom.

I have been reading this is a Android 11- Kodi issue. Regardless of the device type or manufacturer.

I suspect you get better info on a Kodi specialist forum to be honest.

That Beetv is quiet good that's posted on here , unzipbit and put it onto a usb stick and install it onto your android box

Looking for a capable box ,got an Nvidia upstairs in the bedroom, has been brill for everything i use up there ,been using FireStick in living room but only for Sat (Footy stuff) and occasional movie, and tbh it's not been great, not awefull but lacking some times regarding internet connection etc
Not wanting to put out the cost of another Shield so advice on nice priced box appreciated ..Ty
