Easiest CCcam.cfg editor

Hi have read on the net that the easiest way to send your CCcam file over to a dreambox is to use "Dreambox CCcam.cfg Editor" tool.
As i am new to dreambox i don't know if this is correct, or is there something which is just as easy to use nfor newbiees.
Also can somebody help me with getting this tool for me please. ?

or a SPArk 7111=(equivalent to GoldenMedia 990.
