does anyone know how to create a iptv file?

hi all, i want to make my own iptv file for my s/box 6000. does anyone know what software etc i need to create this file. i have found some urls on the net but not any info of what i need to create a .m3u iptv file. any info would be greatly appreciated. many thanks

Have you tried vcn ?

not 100%, but I know you can create stream files with vcn... Just not 100% about m3u files.
