Dm800 No Signal Help

Tearing my hair out here decieded to move my box after moving the room about today had it year and no problems now when i try to tune into a channel i get nothing and when i go into sat find all the bars stay at 0 thought it might be the cable but tried my old dm500 and get a signal with it no bother.

Tried reflashing but still getting the same does anyone know where i may be going wrong or what might help.

You are putting the feed on the in and not out as its an easy mistake to make
plus you could try taking the lid and backplate off and take the tuner out and pop it back in again see if that sorts it.

i checked the tuner and that and was still the same then tried another power suply at 12v and it was giving my tuner power and getting a signal again but now every 5 or 10 mins the box jst turns off and all i hear is a buzzing noise is there a specific adapter that is needed for a dm800 or will any multivolt one do? as i dont want to damage the box so took it out just now.
