dm 800se clone power supply!

Since i got my dm800se clone the power supply has been nothing short of a fire waiting to happen!
Crackling and poor quality connections causing box to reboot.
Anyway can anyone recommend a replacement power supply from say maplins that i can trust to leave plugged in as i sleep

Are you sure it's the PSU and not the actual connector in the box? I've get this on one of our laptops but this is because somebody tripped on the power cable whilst it was plugged into the laptop so the plug is now very loose which can result in sparks and arching.
