couple of questions about dm800

im using pli image i have 95 cm motorised dish im in south of england on my dm 500s my snr was all in 90 % on sly uk but on this box its ranges from 11 db to 15 db around 27% and my agr is 99% and ber 0 is that ok or is that to low all channels work fine including hd channels though



and is there anyway to get freesats itv hd channel on this reciever

ps. is it just me or is this box really slow
