clanzer probs

Hi peeps
Have a dell laptop and cant get clanzer to comunicate with laptop.Im using usb to serial.Dont no if this is whats causing problem.Any help greatfully appreciated.Running windows xp home.

don't know much about your problem, but being as you've no reply's as of yet, i'll try to help.....connect it up then go into cp / system / device manager and se if the hardware is in there, if not go back to cp and click install new hardware and search for it yourself and see if it there's if not load any software you have for it, other than that i'd say your using the wrong lead.
