Hi folks,
I'm trying to extract my current programming to a laptop to tinker with the settings. When I click "terminal' and try to download/extract current programming, I get an error message that the laptop is unable to connect to the processor. What am I doing wrong? It's been a while.

Laptop w/ Windows XP (I bought it recently because I was told there are compatibility issues with newer Windows versions)
