Citroen Picasso 04 Turbo Pipes - Help!

I think I know what the problem is - when cruising after changing gear, it'll momentarily loose power - put your foot down and it comes back, but with a puff black smoke. When I've checked the pipe to the turbo, it's loose, moves from side to side letting air in. See highlighted picture (someone posted this a few months back so grabbed it - thanks!)

Looks like the gasket isn't there and 1 of the bolts has sheared off (the left one) and the other is as tight as it can go. I've got it secured with cable ties at the moment and it seems better so i'm guessing it is that.

I have no spares at all - can you get a kit for this? the bolts/screws/o-ring/etc. From the citroen diagram, I can see what i guess are part numbers - are these trade only? where do u get supplies like this? Also, is it meant to be oily inside? there's oil around that end of the pipe and drips below.

Any help appreciated

Try searching Peugeot/Citroen Turbo Air Pipes on E-bay. Quite a lot of Peugeot and Citroen parts are inter-changeable particularly bits like this.
