lol - actually someone today told me how to bypass our proxy so we can surf banned sites! dont know if it will work yet

I've just had a 'Domain Name Expiration Notice' in from Domain Registry of America to say that they will be charging me £18 to extend it for a year.
Is this right? I thought Netfirms would have owned, this since I took the domain from them!

Anyone clued up on this???

Did you register it for a year. because once your yyear is up the domain is not yours.

Just took free domain from Netfirms.

Seems that anyone who took this deal will be coughing up around £70 quid to continue webspace for a year and an additional £18 per year for domain (although u can pay £55 for 5 yrs)
