I still only have FTA nothing else have changed the serail cable, the ethernet etc reset my router and still the run light wont come on on my iconnect box could it be knackered or need reflashed?.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the iconnect files to reflash it please? and possible instructions?.

from what Ive read you need to check what firmware is on the box and update via serial if needed

you are missing loads of channels i think,flash it with the jan firmware in downloads above and factory reset and autoscan.
you have to have this years firmware for it to work properly as that may be why you lose channels.
as the firmware in downloads works they are more inclined to get all channels backup first

menu >system information see what firmware you have on then update if needed,then installation>factory default>ok
rescan with your network/ plug in ethernet go to sky sports 1 and it will come on ,you will also get a lot more channels

I ony get FTA, done the new update, reset & scanned but nothing clears? Tried repeating the scanning process about 5 times now, finds all channels but nothing clearing for me?

switch off all units ,that is box modem and router for 30 secs to get an ip addy
