changing Ds lite case

need a bit help my son has broken his ds lite case (the hinge) i have order a new case off ebay how easy or hard is it to change the case : shocked2

i tried this once and failed they are very fiddly, but im sure if you are very careful you should be OK

Ive done a few
Theres a video floating about on it

1 thing be careful with the mic and wifi wires
They are very delicate and easily broken
Also does it switch on still cos the ribbon on top screen
needs to have soldering done if changed

With care its not too bad!! I found it easier to get a nice sheet of a4 paper and every set of screws i removed drew a circle round then saying -"back cover" - "main board" etc!!

If you take your time and pay attention to how it comes apart (especially the hinge) you should be ok!!

try to change the case focked it up snapped lead to lcd sceens had to go out and buy another one again for my little boy o well thanks for the help
