Cant get Rat's channel list or TS Panel to install on latest BH VU SOLO 2

i hit that brick wall with a duo this morning and last night i know i had em and no errors in the file even crc checked it over but had to re download the ipk then try again.

What are the errors your getting because ive installed this on Blackhole on a Dou2 with no problems I did do it manually though.
