cannot view certain channels whilst recording another anymore on solo2

Hi guys,
suddenly, I'm not able to watch most channels whilst recording another. I'm getting the error "No free tuner". I'm not really sure how this has happened, I was able to view channels and record more than one program before?

Your help would be much appreciated!

Do you have two coaxial cables in the box.

If so go into system services and satfinder and than each tuner. If signs is coming in you will see strength at top.

If nothing check the cable/ f plugs.

As above you need a feed to each tuner input assuming you have a dual tuner.

If you have a dual tuner you also need to make sure both tuner A and B are configured .

yep have two cables at the back. I think it works now. I have another problem - will open a new thread for it.
