Cannot ftp or ping to my dream box... Please help

hi all..hope you can help
I want to ftp to my dm600. I just switched to a new broadband provider and can no longer connect to my dreambox. The channels are all working fine but just can't connect dcc to the box.*

From cmd ipconfig the detail are
IPV4 Address is 192.168.0.5 (preferred)
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server 192.168.0.1
DNS Server 194.168.4.100
194.168.8.100
NetBIOS over Tcpip Enabled

From Dreambox
Network settings:
Enable network (ticked)
DHCP (ticked)
IP: 192.168.0.2
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Nameserver: 194.168.4.100
Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Can anyone please let me know whats wrong here so I can correct it....Many thanks

try switching the .0 to .1, regards mdt

yes the dcc ip, you have changed provider and some use 192.168.0.XXX and others 192.168.1.XXX. regards mdt

All sorted..silly mistake..the firewall of the box was on :/
