Buffalo Nas Drive

I was wondering if anyone would know if it was possible to upgrade my existing Buffalo Nas linkstation HD with a larger drive? The one in there is 500gig and is full? i would like to put a 1TB or more ...just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction ..it is also sata.:Wave:

it should take a 1TB drive fine
but some nas caddies will not take bigger than 1Tb
google the exact model and it should be detailed somewhere
i know my icybox wont take 2 tb drives
