Why does the RT-BGA-01 V2.0 socket not read GL128P90FFSS9 memories?

Could only be a difference in pitch size or a different pinout.

It's fairly easy to find the differences between them, just takes a little effort. If anyone has the information to hand I'm quite sure they would pass it on.
