blocky picture digivox

hi wondering could anyone help me, got a new digivox today connected it up but the picture seems to be slightly blocky. Its not a major issue but maybe someone could help. I have two of these boxes and swapped them around to see if it was the connection but it wasn't it is definitely the box, hope someone out there can help. Cheers

in the menu's check the av settings are all the etc m8 is all i can think of
