You could try opening it, check its sitting nicely, only if it doesn't void the warranty.

its got a warranty sticker over the edge/bottom mate

Wasnt very optimistic to be honest.. but everthing seems fine..
newcamd = works
blade online = works
epg = works
Timeshift = works (pause tv thing, I think its called timeshift)
HD channels look great
not tested record one side while watching another... ive read something about transponders and it put me off.. ill try that later
over all though im really pleased with it!
