opened a rom 11 must be the fastest time ever this is what i get

after this i try to write the card get bad password tried all 8s any ideas any 1 this what i get from nagra edit

hmm card unlocked but u need bd key use xncs progg theres a guide here just use search button it does wonders for me always find things i need like guides hahaha lool i had the same prob used guide found the trick to get bd key...

tried xncs no luck but the only info i can get on xncs is how to use it and not how i can get the bd keys

hmm i cant seem to upload the doc file says size over the limit lol.. anywayz here is the way its done

Open XNCS
Click file settings check the com port is right and make sure its set to iso pheonix programmer..
tick all the boxes then press ok..
now click read card you should see blue bar on the top righ hand side..
after its done the dumping go to eeprom CO40 AND CO70 are your bd keys they mostly are the same from my experience..
note the numbers down and then close the prog and go back to nagra and type bd keys manually

Voila DONE lol
