Thanks a million,I am in Dublin and Dreambox is currently fine as keys have not rolled for some time now but I am sure N.T.Hell will soon follow suit in I reland.

just open
press get keys
click write file
insert root and dreambox and the ip of your box
and send to your box ..

ftp in seconds all done for you

HI All,

I’m having a problem doing this for some reason.

I’m using a dbox2 flashed with Blade Quad.

I’ve got the IP from settings so I know that’s correct.

User = root Password = dbox or dbox2 (tried both)

When I use the program (which is very simple to use by the way) I don’t get any confirmation that it worked or that it didn’t. I get the hour glass for a few seconds and that’s it.

When I check keylist.txt the Keys are the same as before.

Any ideas??

I usually use IFA to flash images, but when I do it never works straight away.
I run the program and have to keep switching the dbox on and off until @flashing’ comes up on the LCD- Is that normal? – it works for me, but could this be the reason that this key FTP program isn’t working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you smirnoff_rules. I have very little experience on doing updates etc, and even I was able to follow this and update the keys. Great.
