Skybox F5s audio no picture

Hi new to forum, can anyone tell me why im getting audio and no picture on some channels box nation ect ive done channel update done sat search deleted old ch installed new one and still no joy any help apprecciated.

for some reason f5s & f3s have this issue no picture but sound however the f3 works fine

You need to update the firmware to correct this I had the same with baby tv and updated the firm and bingo all fine

What is the latest firmware and is it on skybox cc and should I back everything up on my box cheers
