Atmega ex cw manny gone!!

Hi All

Its been a while i know (sorry) but now i need some help my atmega card has stopped updating and i was wondering if the new files were here so i can re-programme my card

The problem is its been that log i have fogotten how to do it, would someone be so kind and let me know what i need to do please

most cards in all areas have gone off, so we'll all have to be patient until some boffin comes up with the fix, i'm tering me hair out, lol

think it is easier to get a mosc card now never had any probs....
