found one of these lying about ( i hoard loads ) and have just got another xbox, brand new sothink its a 1.6, but cant find any install diagrams for this chip

any help

just cos its new dont mean its a v1.6. i had a new one for xmas so assumed it was a 1.6, then none of the diagrams for chipping it was the same, it turned out to be a 1.4 with 10G HDD

If it was made this year after Feb its a 1.6b I believe

Here's a link m8 to the install diagrams.
It only lists up to v1.5 so you'll have to hope your machine isn't a v1.6 I think..
