apple tv help please

have jailbroke my apple tv which is on 5.0 and is tethered only for now they say that xbmc is working now but on my screen the xbmc square is black and when click on it it just goes to xbmc then nothing and goes back to main screen

have i done something wrong please anyone ..thnx in advance

Try this

1. SSH into the apple TV from terminal. Example: ssh [email protected] (Password will be alpine if you haven't already changed it)

2. Type "ps -ax" and look for AppleTV.app in the list. Make note of the number to the left.

3. Type "kill" and the number to the left that you made note of from step 2. Example: kill 26

That's it! If you're experiencing the same problem I was, your AppleTV will reload it's GUI and you'll have picture!
