Software anyone having email issues ?

hi guys - im using outlook.com with Howard email notifier (latest) i can see that im getting emails in the howard email notifier as i get notification , but when i click on it..my outlook wont open i cant get to my emails or see anything. The only way is if i type in Sign In and sign in then i can go about as normal. Is it me or is microsoft having issues....? ta

Could be Microsoft Pal as microsoft are doing away with windows live mail on Friday and forcing people on 7/8 to upgrade to 10 to use outlook, so they could be making changes to outlook to accommodate this?

all working again, it was a problem on microsofts end..they seem to have sorted it..
