Any one do a proper reballing on GPU ??

I have 3 or 4 360s that have failed after the xclamp fix and am looking for a proper fix not a heat gun !!!
if you can do em for me i can send them in one hit stripped down as far as you like , if there is a brave soul on the forum can ya tell me what the price is for the 3 and if its no fix no fee ..
